Seven Looker Studio connectors pull ad and analytics data into your reports, and the monthly bill ranges from $14.99 for a single account to $600 for a warehouse-grade feed. We priced all seven against their live pricing pages, checked in July and October 2026.
Which Looker Studio connector to pick
All seven tools move ad, analytics or CRM data into Looker Studio on a schedule. Entry price ranges from $14.99 a month to $300, and the table below shows what each tier buys and who it fits.
| Tool | Entry price | What the entry tier buys | Best for |
|---|
| Porter Metrics | $14.99/mo | 1 account, every destination, unlimited users | Solo marketers with 1-2 accounts |
| Windsor.ai | $23/mo | 3 sources, unlimited users, full catalogue | Teams that want one flat bill |
| Coupler.io | $32/mo | 3 accounts, 1 destination, daily refresh | Teams testing before they scale |
| Supermetrics | €49/mo | 3 sources, 1 destination, 1 user, weekly refresh | Agencies needing the broadest connector list |
| Power My Analytics | $49.95/mo | 5 sources, 5 accounts, 2 admin seats | Small teams on a tight budget |
| Funnel.io | $300/mo | 121 connectors, no export destinations (Looker Studio needs the $600/mo Business tier) | Enterprises paying for warehouse governance |
| Dataslayer | €29/mo | 3 connectors, daily refresh; free plan for 1 connector | Small teams that want a free starting point |
Porter Metrics prices by connected account, not by seat, which is why it undercuts everything else here for a one- or two-account stack. Solo costs $14.99 a month for one account, Teams scales to $39.99 for up to five, and every tier ships all four destinations with unlimited users. G2 reviewers rate it 4.6 out of 5 across 189-plus reviews, citing fast setup and direct founder access. Coverage is the tradeoff: around 50 connectors, and the data arrives as raw API fields, not calculated metrics. Full review.
Windsor.ai charges by source count, not by seat, and unlimited users ship even on the $23-a-month Basic tier, alongside the full connector and destination catalogue. It also bundles multi-touch attribution modeling, first-click, last-click, linear, Markov and algorithmic, into every plan instead of selling it as an add-on. Basic’s 3 sources jump straight to Standard’s 7 at $118, nothing priced in between, a recurring complaint in G2 reviews. Full review.
Coupler.io’s free plan moves real data, not a sample dashboard: one account into one destination, no expiration date, enough to confirm a connector maps the right fields before anyone pays. Starter runs $32 a month for 3 accounts with daily refresh, and the same sync can land in a spreadsheet, Looker Studio and a warehouse at once. Every account past a tier’s bundled limit adds $5.99 a month, the detail that changes the math for a long client roster. Full review.
Supermetrics still lists the deepest connector catalogue here, more than 300 sources spanning paid media, organic social, SEO tools, ecommerce, CRM data and affiliate networks. Starter runs €49 a month for 3 sources, 1 destination and 1 user; each bills as its own line item, so the invoice grows with every added platform, seat or destination. Long-time customers report their bill doubling to tripling within a couple of years. Full review.
Power My Analytics competes for the same small-stack buyer as Porter Metrics. Business costs $49.95 a month billed annually for 5 live sources, 5 accounts and 2 admin seats, with extra accounts at $14.95 and extra admins at $4.95. G2 and Capterra reviewers call it a cheaper substitute for Supermetrics, but the free plan only shows sample data, so real testing needs the 14-day trial. Full review.
Funnel.io is built for a buyer who has outgrown a dashboard connector. Starter costs $300 a month for 121 connectors but ships no export destinations, only Funnel’s own dashboards and spreadsheet exports. The Looker Studio feed that matters here switches on at Business, $600 a month, which adds 579 connectors and 26 destinations including BigQuery, Snowflake and Tableau. Flexpoints, Funnel’s usage-based billing on top of either tier, draws the most complaints in reviews, and invoices often land closer to four figures a month. Full review.
Dataslayer is the newest addition, checked in October 2026. Its free plan never expires and covers 1 connector and 1 user, Starter runs €29 a month for 3 connectors with daily refresh, and Advanced at €99 adds hourly refresh, data blending and AI-assisted queries. The trade-off is reach: 60-plus connectors against several hundred at Supermetrics or Windsor.ai. Full review.
What three sources into Looker Studio really cost
Advertised entry prices don’t show what three real sources cost once a stack needs more than the cheapest tier covers.
| Tool | Tier | Price for ~3 sources | Why |
|---|
| Porter Metrics | Teams | $39.99/mo | Solo covers only 1 account; Teams covers up to 5 |
| Windsor.ai | Basic | $23/mo | Covers 3 sources, unlimited users |
| Coupler.io | Starter | $32/mo | Covers 3 accounts, 1 destination |
| Supermetrics | Starter | €49/mo | 3 sources, 1 destination, 1 user |
| Dataslayer | Starter | €29/mo | Covers 3 connectors, daily refresh |
| Power My Analytics | Business | $49.95/mo | Smallest paid tier; covers up to 5 |
| Funnel.io | Business | $600/mo | Starter ($300) has no export destination |
Windsor.ai ($23), Dataslayer (€29) and Coupler.io ($32) are the cheapest ways into three sources, figures taken straight from the vendors’ pricing pages (Dataslayer checked in October 2026, the rest in July 2026). Porter Metrics costs $39.99 once the stack needs a paid tier for more than one account, and Funnel.io’s $600 is the entry cost of reaching any export destination, since Starter’s $300 tier has nowhere to send data.
Free ways to test a connector first
Six of the seven connectors let you try before you pay, though “free” means different things depending on the vendor.
- Coupler.io’s free plan never expires: one account, one destination, 100 rows per run, manual refresh only.
- Porter Metrics’ free plan covers 3 accounts with every destination and feature, a 30-day lookback cap, no expiration date.
- Windsor.ai’s 30-day trial unlocks 10 sources and 15 accounts, then drops to a permanent Forever Free tier capped at 1 source and 1 user.
- Dataslayer’s free plan never expires: 1 connector and 1 user, plus a 15-day trial with no card that opens more before the account drops back to Free.
- Supermetrics has no free plan, but every connector and destination gets a 14-day trial, no card required.
- Power My Analytics’ free plan only shows sample numbers, not your accounts. The 14-day trial, no card required, is the way to see your own data.
Looker Studio is one destination among several these seven tools support; most also feed spreadsheets, warehouses or Power BI. For the full field, see our marketing reporting connector roundup. Frequently asked questions
Does Looker Studio have free native connectors?
Yes. Google's own sources, GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, BigQuery and Sheets, are free native connectors. Third-party sources such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or a CRM need a partner connector like the ones on this page.
Which Looker Studio connector is cheapest for Facebook Ads?
Porter Metrics' Solo plan, $14.99 a month for one account, is the cheapest entry point for a single Facebook Ads account. Add two more sources and Windsor.ai's Basic tier covers all three for $23 with unlimited users included.
Can one connector feed Looker Studio and Google Sheets at the same time?
Yes. Coupler.io can push one source into a spreadsheet, Looker Studio and a warehouse at once, and Windsor.ai includes every destination, Looker Studio and Sheets among them, on every tier including Basic. Supermetrics feeds both too, but a second destination costs extra.
